- Please check availability of your desired time. The Example Booking Sheet (click here to download in Excel format) will show general availability but please also check with the Club Office to make sure your choice of time is free.
- Casual (one-off basis) or block bookings (regular basis) are available for members and non members
- Members have priority on block bookings (see conditions)
- Bookings only through the Club Office.
- Payment must be received BEFORE play, preferably at the time of booking.
- Only Adult Full Members may book Peak Time courts (Mon –Fri from 7-10pm)
- Only one Block Booking is available per group of 4 members.
- Minimum 2 volunteers per booked group will assist with the erection and dismantling of the Airhall.

– in addition to Court hire fees:
- Casual booking: £5 per hour per non member
- Block booking: £30 per non member –one fee for the indoor season.
- Cash or cheque made payable to ‘Caversham LTC’ and submit with completed Application Form. Download a copy here.
- Bookings are only accepted on payment of 12 weeks of the total booking fee for the Indoor Season (approx 26 weeks).
- The deposit of 12 weeks is non-refundable unless Caversham LTC is unable to offer you any of your choice of Court Times.
- Remaining court fees will be confirmed in December for payment at the beginning of January 2007.
- Individual coaching will be available as usual. Please contact your dedicated coach directly.
- £10 per hour for the hire of an indoor court has to be paid to the Club Office BEFORE your coaching session.
