All Adult members are entitled to the following benefits of membership:
Adult Members can use the courts to play tennis whenever available except on Fridays (Junior Night).
This popular membership benefit allows all Adult Members to attend the Club Nights all year round. During the months of April – September, Club Nights run outdoors on a Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30 pm and is free of charge to all Adult (except Midweek category) members. During the autumn and winter months of October – March, Club Night moves indoors on Sundays from 7 – 10 pm at a small additional charge. Before you become a member, you are invited to come along to one of the Club Nights to see what the Club has to offer.
All Adult Members receive priority bookings over non-members*. Members are also entitled to discounts on tennis coaching courses and individual tennis lessons. *See GDT Booking & Cancellation policy
The Club enters numerous teams in Local Leagues at Junior, Veteran, Ladies, Mens and Mixed levels plus national tennis competitions during the year. Members interested in representing the Club should contact the relevant Captain (see notice board in the Club House for details). There is also an Annual Club Tournament for all ages and abilities.
But it’s not all serious matches and training – tennis is there to be enjoyed! In addition to a friendly drink on Club Nights, Club Members, their families and friends enjoy an active social calendar throughout the year: BBQ’s, Quiz Night, Cheese & Wine Party, Christmas do, special events. Fun and entertainment guaranteed! Watch the notice board for more information about Club activities, check in the Club House for leaflets, ask Maria, our Club Administrator, what it is going on and if you are connected to the Internet check out our web page. And tell us YOUR IDEAS about activities the Club could organise for you.
An Airhall is erected over two courts to provide indoor tennis facilities from the 1st of October until the end of March. Local Clubs and non members are invited to make use of the facility but full members do enjoy booking advantages and other privileges. Block or casual bookings can be made through the Club Office.
The Club House is available for hire – please ask Maria at the Club Office for details.

You can commence using your membership straightaway and you'll will receive a welcome pack in due course. If your application includes more than one member of the same family residing at the same address and joining at the same time, you may be eligible for a Family Discount of 15%.
Maria, our Club Administrator, is happy to help you on Monday from 9.30-12.00, Wednesday from 9.30-12.30 and Friday 10-1.30 or 6.00-7.00pm. Voice messages and/or emails are handled within 48 hours.
